CENTRAL TEXAS COLLEGE: CTC honors employees for years of service

Awards

Central Texas College issued the following announcement.

Central Texas College (CTC) held a virtual service awards ceremony to recognize those employees who reached their service anniversary date this year with at least 10 years of service. More than 60 employees with a combined 1,050 years of service received commemorative service pins and gifts.

Topping the list of recipients were 40-year employees Jan Anderson, dean – Central Campus; and Annabelle Smith, dean – Financial Aid/Veterans Services.

Honored for 25 years of service were Yuni Angwin, custodian; Gary Kindred, dean – Europe Campus; Richard Kruse, office assistant I – Office Technology; Amy McAnally, professor – Office Technology; Steven Salvato, professor – Physical Sciences; Joseph Weaver, roofer – Building Maintenance; and Richard Whitesell, department chairperson – Aviation Science.  

Receiving 20-year service pins were Jose Alvarez, custodian; Monica Christopher, custodian; Marsha Dueck, office assistant II – Registrar; Jerry Escobar, instructor – Developmental MOS; Jenifer Parcell, office assistant II – Student Services; Susanne Sanders, office assistant II – Admissions; Amy Stewart, office assistant I – Financial Management; Deborah Walker, executive secretary – Academic and Student Services; and Connie Williamson, coordinator – Fort Hood Records. 

Recognized for 15 years of service were Anda Arms, site director – Fort Riley; Cliff Bailey, manager – Mayborn Science Theater; Denia Bowman, custodian; Donald Bretch, instructional maintenance supervisor – Europe Training Programs; Jennifer Cabaniss, professor/faculty online manager – Mathematics; Fred Chavez, programs and outreach director – Mayborn Science Theater; Melanie Clark, assistant payroll director – Europe Campus; Pearl Creviston, director – Financial Aid; Johnelle Douglas, office specialist II – Fort Hood Student Services; Bret Duncan, assistant director – Vocational Technology Operations, Europe Campus; Robert Hatfield, service technician – Telephone Services; Marlene Henry, professor – Mental Health Services;
