City of Mesquite Texas sued the following announcement.
On Dec. 14, Greg Noschese was sworn in as an Alternate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Mesquite’s Municipal Court. Noschese joins Alternate Municipal Court Judges Janice McKee and Robert Beasley who will support Assistant Municipal Court Judge Warren Nystrom and Municipal Court Judge Detra Hill to allow greater scheduling flexibility to meet the current workload of arraignments, warrants, emergency protective orders and court docket preparation with no fiscal impact to the City’s budget.
Mayor Bruce Archer said, “Councilman Noschese served our city for many years with distinction and dedication. I know that Judge Noschese will continue that excellence in his new leadership role and I’m proud of his continued service to the citizens of Mesquite.” The Mesquite City Council appointed Noschese as an Alternate Municipal Court Judge on Dec. 7, 2020.
Noschese served on the City Council from 2008 - 2009 and again from 2012 - 2019 as Councilmember as well as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem and Mayor Pro Tem. He also has served the Mesquite community in various volunteer capacities. These include the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce, Mesquite Quality of Life Corporation, MISD Education Foundation and Eastern Skies District Circle Ten Council for the Boy Scouts.
Noschese is an Equity Shareholder with Munsch, Hardt, Kopf, and Harr, P. C., representing clients and supervising associates in commercial litigation section of a full service, multi-city commercial law firm. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and The Catholic University of America, with a B.A. in Politics.
