Several organizations in Waco have been awarded a total of approximately $78.5 million in federal COVID-19 relief funds, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) said at the Family Health Center, where he also thanked employees who have guided the center during the pandemic.

While there, Family Health Center CEO Dr. Jackson Griggs gave Cornyn a tour and spoke to him about the organization's use of relief funds to help the region, according to a news release from Cornyn's website.
