On February 13, Sessions highlighted his commitment to supporting fire safety personnel as part of the Congressional Fire Services Caucus. He mentioned meeting with representatives from the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, including Lufkin's Fire Marshal, to discuss how Congress can better support firefighters. The tweet stated: "As a member of the Congressional Fire Services Caucus, I am committed to supporting fire safety personnel.
