On November 21, 2024, Sessions expressed his pleasure in speaking with students and teachers from McLennan Community College who visited the U.S. Capitol as part of their political science studies. He stated, "Enjoyed speaking with a group of students and teachers from McLennan Community College! These bright young students have taken the opportunity to visit the U.S. Capitol as part of their studies in political science. The future of our country is in good hands, but it is up to us…"

Later that day, Sessions addressed actions by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli leaders, describing them as overreach by an "illegitimate agency." He noted that the House has moved to sanction these actions and called for Senate action: "The ICC's baseless arrest warrants against Israeli leaders showcase the continued overreach of this illegitimate agency. The House has taken steps to sanction these actions. Now, the Senate must act."

On November 22, 2024, Sessions responded positively to a statement made by another congressman about combating waste within federal agencies. He expressed eagerness to collaborate with members of the DOGE Caucus: "Well said Congressman!
