There were 859 students enrolled in Rapoport Academy Public School in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.4% of them were girls, and 49.6% were boys.

The most represented ethnicity among Rapoport Academy Public School students was Hispanic, accounting for 45.9% of the student population.

Rapoport Academy Public School roughly covers schools within McLennan County with its main office in Waco.

Among the three schools in Rapoport Academy Public School, Audre and Bernard Rapoport Academy recorded the highest enrollment of 397 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Education in Texas is often a hot button issue, especially as test scores lag behind other states.

"The problems commonly cited are flaws in the school financing system, relatively low teacher salary, poor test performance by students... dropouts from traditional schools in favor of charter schools... gun violence, and mental health issues," claimed the Texas Almanac.
