Of the 1,539 people living in Bruceville-Eddy city in 2019, 47 percent (723) were women and 53 percent (816) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Waco Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 449-to-448. In the 65 and over age range, there were 95 females and 120 males.
