The President of the Assoc, Ms Pauline Medrano joined me in the presentation.”
Later that same day, he noted another meeting: “Closed out the day with an office call with Judge Davis, Comanche County Judge, to discuss their courthouse renovation.”
On October 16, 2025, Birdwell reflected on a luncheon event: “Enjoyed my luncheon visit in Kerrville with the District Court Alliance yesterday. Tk you to Navarro Dist Clerk Josh Tackett and Alliance President Lisa David for the invitation. Also saw long time friend Tarrant Dist Clerk Tom Wilder.”
